Smitty's Winnipeg is a location of the Smitty's franchise which operates out of 580 Portage Avenue in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The restaurant serves family style food in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
The previous website was under-performing in search engines, customers were unable to locate the franchise's website by using relevant, targeted keywords. In addition the device support offered by the previous template was limited and had issues on smaller viewports. Lastly, the restaurant menu was only offered as an image which limited device support and usability.
Kamerge recreated the web presence with a new modernized visual, proper framework and structure for effective device support and digitization of the menu items. Furthermore there was focus on properly optimizing the website for major search engines which included the implementation of rich snippets.
